El hotel es bueno solo para dormir, le falta un poco de limpieza en cuanto a las camas estoy segura que si lo hubiera reportado se ubiera hecho algo al respecto pero la verdad ya no daba mas cuando llegue , no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventilador pero no es necesario, el cuarto se mantiene fresco, incluye desayuno aun que por tiempo no lo probe, el Internet fallaba un poco pero nada del otro mundo, el cuarto incluía smart tv, la ubicación es bastante buena

Great breakfast! Area close to Monument and Centro Histórico, just use caution. Room just ok, Bathroom shower leaked over floor due to improper door closure. Strong wi-fi.

The stuff is not very helpful. I asked them three times to give me a wake up call, they never did. The area is dark at night a rathet dirty. No good restaurants aroubd.

Great location for exploring Mexico City. Easy access to the historic centre, Polanco, Condesa and Roma neighbourhoods. Free breakfast was an added bonus, I love my eggs : ) 24 hour reception with quick service

Great location and breakfast, loud area
The location was great, not far from the metro and the bus, within walking distance to some of the main areas, can walk to Zocalo in about 25-30 minutes. Breakfast on demand by Giovanni was amazing, this man deserves great tips! While the place was clean, it didn't have an AC or a fridge and the bed was a bit hard. It was a bit annoying to request the boiler to be turned on for hot water, especially if you take late night or very early showers. Once turned on, even the cold water is very warm. The biggest issue was loud noises from outside, there are so many loud cars and motorcycles, and there is a intercity bus stop in the corner. So if you are sensitive sleeper, it will be hard to get a good night sleep.

POSITIVES -The rooms were clean and relatively bright. -Louis, the man at reception, was helpful, warm, and engaging. - they kindly stored my luggage for me while I took a short trip - the area is safe and within walking distance of many sites. -basic breakfast of fruit, coffee, eggs, and bread was available AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY -half of the time I showered, there was no hot water. - there is nearly zero sound insulation in the hotel. The walls, doors, windows are very thin and the floor material echoes every noise and amplifies it. I sleep with earplugs and ambiant noise, and I could not sleep. I ended up cancelling my additional reservations because having a good sleep is a priority for me. Unless you are a heavy sleeper or stay out very late, this is not thr place for you. If they could add a quiet hour past 22:00 or add some sort of sound insulation, I would likely book there again.

I had a bad experience. I made a reservation though expedia and when I arrived the receptionist said there was not room. They overbooked the hotel. People from all over the world waiting to be relocated. After 2 hours waiting for a room they send me to a horrible motel far from the hotel i Booked and the other tourist were also send to a not very nice hotels .

Too much noise, and I paid for 6 days but I couldn’t hold it very much. And I stayed only one day,, I sent a msg to Expedia if I can get the rest of the days I paid. Back. But they didn’t answered.

Mexico City Getaway
The hotel is bright, super clean, helpful and friendly staff. Good quality beds, secure, free breakfast and laundry service for a fee of 150 pesos per dozen. Close to downtown, lots of shops, markets, bars and American restaurants in addition to local food stands. Excellent fresh press juices and fresh fruits nearby. Modern bathroom, stairs only. We'll be back. Great rate with Hotels.com.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They always made sure you were happy with the room and all the services. The best thing was the breakfast very morning included when you book a room. The chef was also very polite and friendly this was the first time I stay here and plan to stay again soon.
