This is a cute condo nesteled off the main drag but with a view from the balcony. Really enjoyed my stay and would go again.

We had an amazing city view from our room. To my surprise there was wonderful, breathtaking views of the city skyline from the spa/gym/jacuzzi/swimming pool. The staff in the lobby area were friendly and knowledgeable on places to see and eat. The security was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned and tidy. There was a few issues which were the kitchen outlets didn't work. It was inconvenient to plug and out of reach top shelfs for microwave, electrical tea pot and toaster. There was two rolls of toilet paper provided and it was not replenish. Apparently they provided two rolls only but was not specified on the description.

Service was great! Staff super friendly. Clean common areas and actual room as well. Cons: there is a new building being constructed right next to this place. My only large window was facing an active workplace. I’m unsure if the workers could see me. took off one star for that. Shower has no hot water. I turned on the tap and wait for it to be hot and then the shower had hot water come out. Another star taken off for this.

Access code did not work and got locked out. We finally got a key from security downstairs after nearly 2 hours. AC was broken! And they knew about it. We tried texting and calling for 3 days with no reply. Finally, a fan was provided but didn't help much. The room was nice but there was no trash can and the towels had holes on them. The place remained hot for all our stay Making it an unpleasant experience. Very frustrated considering the AC unit looked new. The security guys downstairs were awesome but the hospitality of the host was terrible.

Amazing views with floor to ceiling widows in a modern apartment. Very decently priced for what it is and close to both museums sights in Centro as well as trendy restaurants in Roma Norte. Only downside was one of the two elevators was out during my stay, but the wait still wasn’t bad.

On a positive side the property is in a very good location, safe and the service at the reception is excellent. The property is in a poor conditon. My first shower just happened after I cleaned the limescale as water was not coming from it as all holes were blocked, loose toilet seat and when I tried to open the sink's tap the handle came to my hand...also the front door was damaged as someone kicked it, plastering coming out by the window in the bedroom and no access to the safe. On the first morning I called the contact I had from the Equipe Brickon reporting the problems. Messages were exchange promises were made and, unfortunately, nothing were done after my 6 nights in the property. It was unconfortable to stay there and the lack of action was disrespectful. On my last day I sent a message asking if someone would come to check before we left but they didn't bother to reply my message. If you book this property be aware that you are on your own.

El lugar más o menos limpio el sofá cama sucio, las toallas percudidas y duras, estuvimos 4 días y nunca las cambiaron a pesar de hacer la solicitud, nos dejaron solo 2 rollos de papel de baño para 4 días, no respondieron a nuestra solicitud. Muy decepcionadas del servicio.

Súper la ubicación recomendable en un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro muy cerca de lugares para comer y tomar café también hay parqueo cerca pero ojo solo hasta las 8 el edificio muy tranquilo y el señor de seguridad muy atento y educado … solo por decir algo deben de arreglar el agua caliente de la ducha no se regura y creo que si deberían dejar fumar en el barco No adentro de la habitación
