It was a great three days at the Casa Condesa. A great location in terms of access to the Metro as well as 10 minutes walk to Chapultepec park. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room and a great little roof garden. I look forward to a return visit.

I didn’t notice any shopping nearby, though the selection of restaurants was impressive. It's a beautiful area, with lots of trees and gardens. It was cooler, so I never needed the air conditioner. My biggest complaint is tge noise in the room, particularly at night. There were machines going on and off all the time. I was woken up all three nights I was there. The staff was fabulous, very helpful.

Great hotel in a great location

Staff is wonderful, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and they had 3 types of pillows (soft, medium and firm), which was fantastic. Great location.

Lovely little hotel, easy walk to plenty of restaurants. If you get a street facing room it can be a little loud, but you get a nice balcony so it evens out. Service was nice.

I enjoyed my stay here! Staff are always very polite, professional, and helpful! The location of this hotel is perfect, too! A lot of dining options around the area and if you’re working, cafes with good wifi are abundant in the Condesa area, too. There were days I would go out at 9 or 10PM and be back at 3 or 4AM and I have always felt safe so I would say as a solo female traveler, safety is pretty good, too!

The location is great, very walkable to many restaurants. Bed was comfortable with a choice of soft and firm pillows (nice touch) but we stayed 4 nights and had to call every time we wanted hot water for a shower or shave. They need to do something to fix that.

Staff was very attentive and helpful with activities around Condesa. Common areas and room were very clean. This is a nice neighborhood to walk around and visit several outdoor coffee shops. Our bathroom shower door blocked the hot/cold water handled which can be tricky when setting appropriate temperature.

We were assigned a room that was subpar (upstairs back unit). The bed was stiff and we could not enjoy a good nights sleep. It felt like sleeping on a bare table top. The bathroom had visible signs of prior water damage repairs (wood panel flooring where tile used to be). The floor near the bathroom entrance was soft and did not feel safe to walk on (we had to jump over it). It seems the previous water damage was not fully fixed. The toilet had numerous water leaks and drenched our clothes. Request to change rooms on the first day reporting the leak was denied by manger Paul due to “being fully booked.” Staff was alerted for 4 days straight. We put towels to soak the water around the toilet, but leaks persisted. We had to endure these leaks for 4 days straight along with the smell of mold. On one night in particular the water was shut off and we couldn’t flush the toilet or wash our hands. The manager kept stalling until we insisted on a new room. The moved us to a newer property across the street. The new room was finally adequate, with a comfortable bed and a working restroom. Unfortunately, this was only enjoyable for the remaining 2 days of our stay. In total, 1 star for the facilities, but we appreciate the staff’s service as they tried to be as accommodating as possible, but the initial room fell short. They should condemn that room and properly repair it before assigning it to another guest.
