This is a wonderful property and location. We didn't realize that it was an actual apartment when we booked it and it couldnt have been more perfect for a sister vacation. We even had separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We also recommend Tea Connection just down the street for breakfast.

The staff was friendly and the location was great. There were lots of cafes, restaurants, and a bazaar right outside. However, our first few days we did not have hot water and the bed was very stiff. The decor was nice but again not very comfortable.

Overall, the property was nice, in a great location and good value. Communication with host was not great, there is an online app and Whatsapp, but no one seems to ever check either. The most frustrating thing and why we rated this as low as we did: we reached out to Casa Miravalle over Whatsapp before booking to inquire about construction next door (several reviews complained about this). Casa Miravalle said construction was completed. We arrive, and there is a big construction project directly next door with people actively working on it. Our room was on the opposite side of the construction site so we didn't hear that much, but if we weren't, I'd expect the noise to be quite annoying.

Had a fantastic stay at the Casa Miravalle! Perfect location; cafe connected to the property, restaurants 30 feet away, the park is literally across the street. The facility is dutifully watched 24hs and feels as safe and secure as any place I've ever stayed. Rooms have a really cool retro vibe and are spotless. Also well equipped for little homemade snacks, and small meals. Can wait to come back!
