There’s no room service. Towels are never change always call for the Frontdesk to change and there’s no air ventilation. It’s freezing in the room and there’s no heat. The foods are terrible. Never will stay here again.

They canceled my reservation because it lacked payment, when the booking didn’t say it was needed and I could pay at the properly. Had to make a reservation last minute at 11pm after landing, which was very stressful. When I called they said it was their policy to cancel reservations without payment.
