The transportation from and to the airport was amazing. My driver was so helpful. I forgot my mascot papers in the room we were already on the way to the airport and he actually turned around and went to the room to get them himself. The best experience ever. Thank you so much

Breakfast was really good and the staff super friendly. There were only 2 issues: 1.-Our transportation from the airport to the hotel took about an hour and a half to show up. 2.- The hot water pressure is weird. It comes and goes and it changes temperature as it comes and goes. We took a shower but it was somewhat uncomfortable. We only stayed two nights. We were visiting for a concert. So for a short quick stay, it was excellent for the price. I will consider it for my next quick trip to CDMX mainly because the staff was so great. Thank you!

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. Just beware that you can’t rely on their airport shuttle. We arrived at 12:30AM and called the hotel for the shuttle and they said that the service was a “courtesy” and was not available at the moment. Same thing the next morning when we needed to go back to the airport. We had to go to the very end to the airport and walk out to the street (Circuito Interior) to get an Uber.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot say enough good things about the team. From the moment I walked through the doors, the front desk staff was warm, accommodating, and quick to get me checked in.A special shoutout to the shuttle driver! Not only was the ride smooth and timely, but they were incredibly friendly and even gave me some great local recommendations for getting around town.The dining experience was equally impressive. The cook prepared excellent, hot meals, and the servers were attentive, smiling, and made sure my coffee was never empty. It is so rare to find a place where every single employee clearly loves what they do and takes pride in customer service.If you are looking for a comfortable stay with genuine, top-notch hospitality, I highly recommend booking a room here!

Comfortable stay after a long transatlantic flight. Comfortable bed, hot shower, easy check in, helpful staff. Breakfast options were great. Clean and well maintained and shuttle service to airport. Also super quiet, could not hear flight noise at all. They must have soundproof windows. Will definitely stay again. Cómodo después un vuelo largo. Cama cómoda, regadera caliente, fácil check in. Limpia y bien mantenimiento. Agradable empleados, rico desayuna. Shuttle al aeropuerto. Súper tranquilo. Quedaré otra vez! Recomendado!
