The staff was not helpful at all. the AC was not working and I showered with cold water. I payed for breakfast, it was open from 7am to 11am I got to the eating area around 9:40/10 am and there was nothing to eat, coffee machine was out of service.

Poor cleaning and no coffee

Staff was good, but everything else was not. The bathroom cleaning service was really deficient. The coffee machine broke on Tuesday morning and was still out of order when I check out on Friday. That meant no coffee for breakfast (included). To me, that is unacceptable for a hotel owned by Marriott.

Huele mal las instalaciones y las habitaciones, NO es un hotel recomendado para ir de trabajo. Es muy desagradable todo, las habitaciones huelen mal, el personal de recepción me quería sacar de mi habitacion a media noche porque no encontraban mi pago y dicen que expedia debe darme la factura por la primer noche que tuve que pagar en línea porque no querían respetar mi reserva.

Muy buen servicio, solo el primer día a la hora del desayuno llego como más de 50 personas a desayunar al mismo tiempo, se comprende que era un grupo de viajeros. Sería bueno poder dar un horario diferente a estos grupos tan grandes ya que el área de comedor es muy pequeña
