"We had a good time in the Galeria Plaza Reforma Hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Several highlights were on walking distance and a lot of nice restaurants in the street. "

"This hotel is fairly priced for the location in Roma Norte. The rooms have AC and nice amenities. Our room had a water leak in the ceiling but the staff quickly moved us to another one without issue."

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Mexico City—close to restaurants, shops, and historic sites. "Great location. Good food available in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was included which seemed like a good deal. Spa and gym were great except there were no co-ed spas which was unfortunate for our trip as this was a couple trip. That was the only inconvenience in our whole trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful!"
