The place could not have been better for me and my friend. the property was just as described, and the front desk staff was really friendly. The location and the neighborhood was really beautiful and felt safe. We have both enjoyed our stay here — especially the rooftop terrace.

Property is at the south tip of hipódromo. Quiet and relaxing. Only draw back was that two of the rooms lacked AC units. However, I would stay here again.

Hector and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, close to museums, restaurants, and plenty of nice places, while not too far from the airport. The room was spacious and had just about anything you would need for a short or long stay. Unfortunately, the poor review is because of an incident on our first night involving the shower in the master bedroom (Room 106). Within minutes, the shower overflowed. We immediately shut it off, started cleaning up, and alerted the staff. Hector was very helpful and got the situation under control. The next day, managers approached us saying we owed around $7,000 pesos for damage to the ceiling below. We explained that this wasn't due to neglect or misuse, the shower simply wasn't draining properly. The following day, a regional manager again insisted we pay. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. We were never shown proof that we caused the damage, no one apologized for the inconvenience, and management never seemed willing to acknowledge that faulty drainage could have caused it. There were also visible signs of previous water damage in the room, which we pointed out. Hector and the staff were great, but being repeatedly blamed and asked to pay for what appeared to be a plumbing issue completely overshadowed an otherwise good stay.

Staying at the Felix Luxury Apartments was an excellent experience! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the location was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the La Condesa area of CDMX.

Amazing Family Vacation to CDMX

We had the most amazing time, the property was amazing, smelled amazing & was immaculate. We had 4 people and all had our own space to spread out. It was beautiful and the staff was super attentive, and even bared with us with our not-so-excellent Spanish. I would recommend this property to anyone & everyone! The location was perfect as well!

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of condesa with so many restaurants, coffee shops, and Walmart express within a 5 min walk. We walked to the Parque Espana and Parque Mexico daily in the morning. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, each of the 3 rooms had their own bathroom. The view from the balcony was great too. It’s nice to have an elevator take you straight to your room

Our stay here was excellent. The studio apartment was immaculate, extremely comfortable bed and loads of sunshine. Hot water was sufficient however, the showerhead flow made it difficult to shower, Making it almost an increase in time in the shower. Front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. we will definitely stay here again.

Extremely renovated! Comfortable. Most needs available, very comfortable for a family. We loved the daily cleaning services. Very convenient location close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. Only downside is the apartment doesn’t have central AC, rooms were hot in Spring. Cannot complain about anything else. We truly enjoyed staying there.

This property is very clean and smells great. It’s well located around lots of small restaurants and Parque Mexico. However, and it’s a big one, only one of the three bedrooms is air conditioned! All the days of my stay were 90 degrees and this was at times debilitating. Caveat emptor

Loud noises, no hot water

This serviced apartment stay was in a central location. We liked that there was 24/7 staff at the entrance and they were friendly. We also liked the apartment was cleaned daily. Unfortunately it was not a restful stay because there was a very loud machine pump noise which made it very difficult to get sleep during the night. Sometimes we would fall asleep and it would wake us up. It would start around 6 am and continue for most of the day. This was not construction or city noise - it was within the building. We let them know and they were not able to do anything about it. Also there was not reliable hot water. It would be on for 3-5 minutes and then get very cold. Finally the bathroom had a bad smell of standing water. For these reasons I really would not recommend this accommodation.
