The staff was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in one of their restaurants and the food was delicious. Everyone in both restaurants were very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Plaza San Jeronimo.

Very nice modern rooms, clean, comfortable beds and attentive staff. Underground parking has plenty of spaces. Good location with a cafe, bakery and japanese restaurant just steps away. Easy access to main roads. Only recommendation is to request a room facing the back of the hotel, and away from the road - as rooms are not sound proof from the outside and traffic can get noisy at rush hour.

Property is well kept and in a good location if you want to be in the south side of CDMX. The mattress and pillow could be improved, tough. The gym is very good for a hotel and the swim lane a a nice added bonus.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is very good for business travel (why we were here.) The staff is terrific and very attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious. Had time to enjoy the rooftop pool - really nice property.

Terrific location, close to traditional areas of Mexico City, like San Angel and San Jerónimo. Le Pain Quotidien, Starbucks, Office Max and pharmacy in the same campus. Walking distance to El Batan park where I was able to run 6 miles in a shaded trail. Lap pool on the rooftop. Excellent morning buffet till noon, great restaurant. Gym and yoga room. The room very clean, spacious, great working desk for room for 2 people, just ask for an extra chair.

I love the lap pool on the roof top, it allows me to exercise effectively. I also like the running track nearby at El Batan park, it is half a mile per lap. The room is modern, convenient, the shower is excellent. We asked for an extra desk chair for my husband at the long desk; very convenient. We also asked for a desk lamp, it was very helpful. It only surprised me that after forgetting a pair of shoes at the pool, the staff took the shoes "to the front desk," but it took the staff about half an hour to bring them downstairs, and meanwhile I could not reach the shoes anywhere myself. The room is quiet even though it is in a noisy city. The hotel is in the same campus as nice cafes, a pharmacy and an OfficeMax.

I recently spent 11 nights at Galeria Plaza San Jerónimo, expecting a comfortable and well-maintained stay, but my experience was far from satisfactory due to several unresolved issues. First and foremost, the acoustic insulation is extremely poor—so bad that it feels like the guests in the adjacent suite are inside your room. Every conversation, movement, and noise from the next room is clearly audible, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel of this category, such inadequate soundproofing is simply unacceptable. Additionally, I experienced a severe water leakage from the shower box that extended into the hallway of my room. I reported this issue to the front desk more than three times, and each time, I was assured that maintenance would be sent to fix it. No one ever came, leaving me to deal with a persistently wet and slippery floor for my entire stay. Another disappointment was the lack of basic amenities. I requested shampoo and body wash multiple times, yet they were never delivered to my room. It’s frustrating to repeatedly ask for simple toiletries that should be readily available in any hotel. Finally, the air conditioning is ineffective. Even when set to full power with the blinds closed, the room temperature remained at an uncomfortable 25°C, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, the lack of responsiveness from the staff and the poor condition of key amenities made my stay far below expectation.
