The property and location is good. The issue was: First Night/Morning - No towels Second Night: they took away the standing fan that was there the first night... for no reason without asking.

The place need a lot of remodeling. Old and in bad shape. See pictures. Thin windows that do not let you sleep while listening to everything the goes on the streets.

Great location! So easy to get to it from anywhere (especially from Periferico). We only used this place to sleep since we were sightseeing the City and visiting old friends and family. Santiago is a great guy and very helpful. Fantastic experience!!!

Location was convenient for the purpose of my trip. The suites are in an undescript building with no identifying signs or reception.. I arrived at 9:30pm and the building and the sidewalk were completely dark. I thought it was at the wrong address but before leaving I rung a bell for the building guardian. The lobby light turned on when he arrived. From a closet next to the entrance he gave me a form to fill as well as a key ring. One of the keys, covered in dirty paper tape had the number of the suite written on it. It was a sign of things to come. The published room photo does depict the room, but it is not as nice as the photo suggests. It was very warm and there is no A/C.

Poorly administered condos, low quality
My original reservation was canceled while i was in Mexico, the day of arrival. The new location was another kings suites location, but far from where I wanted to be. Turns out that this isn't a hotel, but a series of condos rented it by several companies. I recommend avoiding at all cost.

Very well located , shopping area an lots of restaurant at walking distance ! Also if You're looking for nightlife lots of pubs, bars nearby. Hotel very quiet, clean, spacious appartments.

This is not a hotel, this shoud be part of BB.
This is no a hotel, is a room with a doorman. This person is in charge to register in and if you need something you have to come down an talk to him because there is no a phone to call him. The service is so poor. There was not soup to wash my hands. Next day, I left a dirty towel on the floor to be changed but found it hung like it was a clean one. Next day, I did not have a hand towel and of course the bathroom was poorly clean. Finally Sunday was not service at all. There is no amenities at all, for the internet, there was a unclear written information that was so difficult to understand. They charge like a hotel but it is not.

Clean, well located but noisy!!
If you are planning on sleeping late and rest make sure you don't get the fist level unit. Too much noise and is next door to the biuldings laundry room. Other than that the room is super comfy, clean, friendly staff and best of all the location. Can walk late at night, bars and restaurants nearby.

Good large accommodation in a safe neighborhood. Cabinets a little dated but overall good value. A little kitchenette with all the basic necessities makes it possible to eat in if you wish. English speakers can only be reached by phone as the porter in charge of the complex is a native Spanish speaker.

Cuando regresaré a la CDMX seguramente me vuelvo a hospedar allí. Habitación muy amplia, cómoda y con cocina completa por si uno quiere prepararse algo de comer. Súper cómoda a todas la tiendas de Mazaryk y los restaurantes. Zona muy tranquila y me sentí muy segura caminando hasta en la noche.

Perfect location, a walking distance from restaurantes and bars, the place is actually better than it looks in the photos. There is no hair dryer as it was described. Overall very good. And I would stay there again without a doubt.

Nunca me quedé en ése lugar pues al llegar después del largo viaje me avisaron que había habido un problema con la habitación y me mudaron a otro lugar, de iguales características pero muy alejado. Luego de insistir logré el reacomodo, pero a un espacio más pequeño y la devolución de la diferencia

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, sin embargo hay que mejorar la atención y actitud del portero. Falta que mejoren las toallas y las amenidades que agregan en la habitación. Estaria bien que agregaran una secadora.

Increíble que no puedan dar una factura!
Deben poner mayor esmero en la limpieza,,, De entrada había una mosca muerta en el baño y bastantes zancudos porque dejan las ventanas abiertas, supongo para ventilar la suite. Cuando pedí una factura me dijeron que la pidiera a hoteles.com pero en servicio a Clientes de Hoteles dicen que ellos no cobran impuestos.. algo anda mail en eso... y mi factura?
