I did my reservations online they stated my payment didn’t process and stated I had to pay cash or with physical card only at that point, the person at the front was a bit rude when saying that. Once I was checking out they took about 15 min to give me my identification back since they send someone to make sure you don’t “take” anything from the room. Decent looking place but don’t think I would stay there again
