Location was perfect! Only two blocks from the Zocalo. Right in the heart of the historic center with many food options around. Staff very friendly and helpful. The café is open 24/7 and they have very good snacks, sodas and beer and it’s all complementary. Breakfast is good and it also has a terrace with a nice view of the Cathedral.

This is my third time staying with them, and I absolutely love how friendly, welcoming, and caring they are. They always make my stay easy, comfortable, and fun. Mexico City can be overwhelming at times, but they always have the best recommendations for food spots and activities. As a solo female traveler, I especially appreciated how safe and supported they made me feel throughout my stay. Greeted warmly right at the door, my family and I immediately felt welcomed. Melanie at reception took the time to thoroughly explain all of the hotel amenities, and we were pleasantly surprised by everything included. Breakfast on the terrace ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. When it was time to leave, our flight wasn’t until later that night, so we really appreciated being able to store our luggage at the hotel. Before we left, the staff kindly helped us with our bags and made sure my family and I got into our Uber safely.
