I enjoyed the location and very nice facilities. The staff was very attentive to the guests and to the maintenance of the hotel. There are many restaurants, shops and public transport options nearby. I felt safe in the neighborhood and could walk around freely. The restaurant and cafe offering could be better but it was very handy to have it in the hotel.

Hotel is nice, but the room on the main street are very noise, there is traffic all nigth, so if you want a quite room ask for one on the back.

Excellent Place to Stay.

The entire experience was better than expected. The service by the front desk was super friendly. Sofia took care of us for the entirety of our stay. I used the workout place, which had all the essentials for a good workout routine. The room was great and when we extended our stay, they arranged for us not to move rooms. That to me was going above and beyond. Great place to stay with tons of things to do around it, all within walking distance.

Would return!

Our stay was great! Friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast was delicious both days with table service and very large portions. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, and the bathroom shower was great. The location was great, however we had a room that faced the bus station/main road and so it was loud with traffic at times. One small downfall was that we had a Hotels.com VIP perk of a free bottle of wine - they gave us a 200ml bottle which was really quite small.

Fuimos a un partido a ciudad de los deportes y la ubicación está perfecta. Parece que no hay mucho alrededor pero el parque hundido está caminando y el parque de la Nápoles también. El cuarto muy bien pero podrían mejorar en algunas amenidades. El restaurante de arriba se me hizo muy caro.

La habitación y el baño son amplios, modernos, el personal me trato con mucha amabilidad despuéa de un viaje largo. La limpieza es excelente. Es un lugar bien ubicado para moverte por la ciudad. El único inconveniente es que se escucha el ruido de los coches en la noche porque esta cerca de una avenida principal pero en mi caso no fue algo que me impidiera descansar

Habitaciones de buen tamaño pero mal mantenimiento, tiene muchas ventanas pero las cortinas no están bien colocadas y eso hace que entre mucha luz del exterior, tomando en cuenta que es una avenida principal siempre hay mucha luz al interior además que tienen los más viejos detectores de humo que en vez de luz de actividad parecen estroboscopios, tenían una fuga en el baño y cuando entre en la mañana resbalé muy fuerte, no creo que no se hayan dado cuenta antes de la fuga

Un lugar muy impecable pero hay un gran problema y es el ruido. Creo que para un lugar como este, el que tengas que desvelarte forzosamente por el ruido externo es un gran NO, y no me refiero al ruido de la ciudad, me refiero a la música, las ventanas deberían ser contra sonido. Dicho esto, todo muy bonito y la comida rica también.
