I liked the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel isn't in such a great area of Mexico City, but overall I would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting. We had a very comfortable stay.

The staffs, service, and cleanliness are all great. The surrounding area around the property seems kinda sketchy but safe during our entire stay. Would have been way better if they have rooms with AC cos sometimes it gets kinda hot and humid especially during daytime.

Habitación bien en general. Hotel bonito. Afuera si hay áreas que se ven bastante descuidadas sin embargo no son parte del hotel pero lo hacen verse un poco inseguro a la hora de caminar de noche a pesar de que el área cuenta con buena iluminación.

Was a decent stay it was quiet traffic wasn’t too loud and didn’t disturb sleep. The only bad for me was the beds are way too firm for my preference softer beds would make for a more rested and comfortable stay. Staff was pleasant room was clean
