WORST HOTEL IN TOWN
The hotel is well ubicated, 10 minutes walking from Reforma. Unfortunately they do not know how to treat clients, they had bad attention at lobby. Also the whole hotel needs maintenance, there is a lack of cleaning in the rooms. You can smell the humidity ambient and the beds have a lot of springs and are dirty. They also offer breakfast included and did not give it to you. In resume is the WORST HOTEL IN TOWN.

I really like the parking and the price of the hotel. But you get what you paid for. The place is not too bad but next time I will at least $25 more per night and get a better hotel. The beds legs were broken, the floor not properly done, a never ending noise of a dog barking along with music. One last thing, no AC.

El hotel tiene una excelente localización, es cómodo y tiene lo necesario por el precio que se paga. Sin embargo, al parecer no pueden hacer que los huéspedes cumplan con las reglas. Hice check in a las 11pm y llegó una llamada al lobby de un huésped quejandose de que estaban cantando en el 4to piso, mandaron al guardia. Cuando fui a mi cuarto en el 1er piso, la fiesta siguió con música y borrachos cantando hasta las 4am. Después uno de los borrachos estaba gritando en el 1er piso, peleando con su pareja. No pude dormir hasta las 5 de la mañana, muerta de miedo. Al día siguiente, una de las habitaciones del piso tenía reggaeton a todo volumen a las 7 de la mañana. No pude descansar nada. No deberían admitir a ese tipo de personas, deberían desalojarlos.

La ubicación es excelente. La mayoría del personal son muy atentos . No tanto la gerente y una recepcionista joven . Deberían invertir un poco en toallas nuevas , colchones . El restaurante de e mejorar , el encargado muy amable pero muy mal cocinero . Ojalá no dejen caer más este gran hotel .

It is located near the intersection of Insurgentes and Reforma which is a major intersection in Mexico City. There are bus routes in several directions to all parts of the City. New great bakery a half block away and an excellent grocery store next door. I have been staying here for years and highly recommend this economical hotel.

Please stay somewhere else! This was the worst.
Terrible stay. I was looking for something low cost that wasn’t a hostel and wasn’t expecting the best conditions, but this place was a huge disappointment. Absolutely no amenities. No wi-fi and half the time there was no electricity or water! Cold showers when the water was actually running. The rooms seemed to get cleaned daily, but they are just old and need replacements. The carpet looked very dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and I didn’t want to use the heavier blanket because it’s one you know isn’t washed every time. Because of the electrical issues, the elevator was always down. This was terrible on my last day because I had to carry my bags down the stairs (and I packed a lot). The staff was fine. They weren’t friendly but they did their job. This was a short stop between trips, otherwise I would have left immediately. I also stayed one of the nights with a friend away from the motel. I would NOT recommend unless you’re in dire need. Definitely one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

Best location in town
I have been here 4 times. The hotel it is on the best location in Mexico city. I just had a setback the thay i arrived, there was a big water storm and the hotel was with no water and light for almost 24 hours. Other than that it is a great hotel , very good value abd on a great location.

the room was nasty and wifi only works in the lobby so we had to go downstairs. they limited water usage as well so we could use it only certain time of the day wich is very inconvenient and was not mentioned on website beforehand.

Buena ubicación, cuarto recién remodelado, el guardaropa cómodo pero con pocos percheros(3) para 3 personas, la ropa de cama blanquita, el taxi que encargamos con el portero el día anterior nunca llego , pero lo remedio el portero del siguiente día, wifi nada mas en la parte de la RECEPCION!

This very well priced hotel is located just a few blocks from Paseo de la Reforma and Insurgentes. Half a block away is the artists park where artists set up to sell their work on Sunday. Bathrooms are tiled floors and walls. Very clean and the building is maintained. The staff is attentive and responsive. I have stayed here every time I come to Mexico City for the last 4 years

El hotel tenía buen precio y localizado cerca de reforma. El servicio de recepción y guarda equipaje fue excelente. La habitación olía raro, la sábana estaba manchada fue un poco desagradable esa parte. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

I would only recommend this hotel for its location, staff and safety. But the hotel beds and room aren't very clean, they smelled and had trash under the beds, the bedding are stained (in both or the rooms I requested) sheets felt nasty and unclean, regardless if they were. Also some of the bedding was raggedy. Water filtered through the toilet and shower and no one came to fix the issue when we complaint. Also bottled water was offered and they only served it to one of the rooms but not on the other one. from 1 to 5, I'll give it a 2 plus.

A cheap, decent, friendly place to stay
This hotel has many pluses. It is in a good location to reach the Autobus, buses to take you to museums, monuments, and a real nice mall, all just blocks away. I felt safe there in the neighborhood and there is a grocery next door (with an ATM) along with a 24 hour convenience store near. A nice touch is the vendors, including an artists day, who set up a block away. You do kind of get what you pay for here. The hotel is tired and I would describe it as a cut below motel six. This hotel is where Mexicans stay when they visit Mexico City and you save a bunch of money because of that. However, they do their best to make you happy, The rooms are cleaned very well (tipping helps I think), Bathrooms are spotless. They have laundry service. Clean towels. The usual stuff. The beds are hard, but I slept like a baby. The biggest plus is that the staff, almost none of whom with the exception of one doorman speak English, are very helpful and nice. They can set up tours, Taxi rides to popular destinations with a fixed price and let you know the better places to eat and what to avoid. So if you are adventurous, not to picky about accommodations and want to save money, I can say I was very happy and can recommend this hotel.

Unfriendly
I have never been to such an unfriendly place!! Everyone had a sour face, did not greet you...the room was uncomfortable and security let a party go on till 4 in the morning, sometimes they gave you towels, others no and 2 days with no hot water. There was a doorman, though I am not sure why as he only opened doors for the men. All in all, a very unsatisfying experience!!
