Great location! Great staff! Great Breakfast! Suggestions: more pure drinking water in rooms. (Not bottles that you have to pay for), Hotter and stronger coffee at breakfast and 1/2 & 1/2 or condensed milk.

It needs to be spruced up a little. There were pigeons outside the windows and terrace and they were dirty. It is a little noisy at night but that didn't bother us. I did like it there and would go back.

Excellent hotel in the Condessa neighborhood. Nice room and very nice/helpful staff. The building itself has some beautiful touches, including tiled hallways. Apparently it was an apartment building at one time. We had a friendly greeting and were offered a welcome drink at the convenient bar downstairs. Daily breakfast was very good and served at a beautiful terrace on the roof. The breakfast attendant (his name was Memmo I believe?) was extremely attentive and a pleasure to greet each morning. The neighborhood is fabulous. There is a beautiful lush park at the corner and we were close to many restaurants and bars. We felt perfectly safe walking late night in the area. The room had high ceilings, cable TV and some many amenities. The only (minor) complaint is that there is no elevator. Maybe i missed that in the description. Not a deal breaker by any means but it is a bit of a chore going up 4-5 flights after a day of sightseeing if you are on one of the top floors. The cost of the room was very inexpensive compared to comparable hotels. Overall, highly recommended. I am sure we will return.

It's a beautifully redesigned hotel, wonderful neighbourhood, loved the park, and great urban ambiance. I'd definitely book here again.

The hotel is really pretty. It is very clean and the staff is very nice and accommodating. They have complimentary breakfast ever morning which was delicious. One of their staff members, Memo is really nice and helpful. The only downside is that if you stay on the top floors you have to take the stairs and it can be tiring especially if you are on the 5th floor.

Was amazing staying at this property!! Best location and loved everything about it. It is an old building and noise does travel throughout the building so just FYI. Enjoy Mexcio City at its best!!

Lots of noise from street as well as hotel interior. Staff are amazing. Really enjoyed the breakfast service on the roof. Very comfortable bed.

A charming spot to stay in Condesa
Hotel San Fernando is a sweet, magical little refuge, close to Parque Mexico. I spent three nights and found it delightful and a real vibe. If you're a light sleeper, get a room in the back since there's restaurants down stairs, but the city goes quiet at midnight and I slept fine.

While we were delighted with the facility itself there was a small but important detail… the passage was lit 24/7 and we had no way to cover the interior window. We would have appreciated a window covering not for privacy but for sleeping. Upside= no problem finding the way to the bathroom at 3 am!

Beautiful hotel with great ambience. Breakfast on the terrace every morning was excellent. Wonderful location walkable to so many parks and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at San Fernando. The hotel is super pretty and the location is fabulous! Right in the middle of all the action around La Condesa. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast were made daily just for us. We loved our stay!
