Do not stay here!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We had roaches in our room! The room walls and bed sheets are stained and run down. The location is great and the staff helpful. Aside from that, stay away.

Habitacion agradable con un estilo moderno y limpias solo que muy pequeñas y con poca ventilacio. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en pleno centro a tres cuadras de bellas artes hay mucha seguridad transporte a unos pasos, tiendas y restaurantes para todos los gustos y bolsillos buena opción para llegar a dormir el hotel no cuenta con elevador por si llevas mucho equipaje y pesado. El personal amable en general.

El lugar era agradable, hasta que pedi una toalla extra y me la negarob dicen que solo daban una por habitación y aunque la pagara no me la daban, tambien por la mañana descubri que habia muchas hormigas y se subieron a la maleta por lo tando era un cauos.... de ahi enfuera estaba limpio y bien

El peor lugar en el que me he quedado, todo sucio, no es como se ve en las fotos, no vale la pena el precio, no hacen limpieza en la habitación, solo tienen una toalla por habitación y éramos dos personas, las almohadas y sábanas de lo peor, todo el tiempo huele a cigarro, no hay pagos con tarjeta, no sirve el teléfono, el baño tiene huecos en la pared y los dispensadores de jabón y shampoo están rotos, pésimo lugar

The staff should not deceive by saying that they do have room for future dates if they know it is not true. They made me waste time to be able to book somewhere else by saying they would have a place when they knew it wasn't true.This happened 2 times with a different person.

It was very hot absolutely no windows and no ventilation. There was no remote for the tv and the ceiling fan did not work. When we first walked into the room there was a water bug and two crickets on the food the bed still had someone else's hair in it
