There was water in the room and you could get free tea, coffee and water in the lobby 24/7. The free breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is in a noisy area near fast food restaurants and bars but it did not affect our sleep and it was nice to be in a lively area.

The property itself is excellent. The layout for the restroom and shower could be improved but the room and hotel have everything you need. The area is nice for nightlife, food, street vendors and amazing photos near the Angel de La Independencia, everything is walkable. If you are sober, know that music will go on all night until approximately 6am. Traffic from the airport was 1.5 hours one day.

Location is great

The location was accessible to many areas it felt very central. The hotel was good overall no frills type of accomodation , the breakfast was a bit repetitive the hard boiled eggs over boiled the pastries a bit stale ( day old ).the waffle maker was my highlight and fresh fruit . I wouldn’t book this hotel for breakfast or amenities , but location. I am All accor member but failed to recognize my status because I booked with hotels.com. Couldn’t get late checkout because of where I booked . I feel if your a client who booked regardless of what website if they are part of loyalty program should be treated with appreciation and small gestures that extend or be lenient since they are still booking with hotel chain . I understand not being able to extend point but would love to be able to maintain status. Not a hotel thing more of a loyalty dissapointment that could have made my stay good to great .

Construction work was being made during the night making it impossible to rest and sleep. I approached to the front desk but they just told me no room change was possible. Besides that, room cleaning starts around 8:30 in the morning so, guests can’t sleep because of construction and then, can’t sleep either because of the crew starting cleaning activities using loud vacuum cleaners. I finally asked for a late check out so I could sleep and rest during the day but it was refused unless I paid and extra amount which was like paying and entire day. Not really good customer service on this stay.
