Property was beautiful but did not have any onsite management. Although there were employees at the front desk, the booking for my condo was through the app. And the desk was not able to help with issues.

Mandaron las instrucciones de llegada muy tarde. No mencionan que es un departamento sin zona de recepción que apoye. Había tapones para los oídos usados bajo la cama. No hubo agua el primer día. Pedí botellas de agua por eso mismo, y me dijeron que no estaba en su política.
