Arrived at the hotel and was told they dont do expedia bookings anymore and couldnt find our booking upon arrival, despite calling them a week in advance to confirm everything was okay. Got put in a dirty room for 2 days that the entire travel party had to share. Bathroom fan clogged with dust, got a glimpse behind the beds and it was poorly cleaned too. Manager showed up 20 minutes before checkout to ask if we wanted "proper rooms" now. We left and found somewhere else.

Buen Hotel en zona centro CDMX

Nos la pasamos muy agusto en nuestras vacaciones, casi todos muy amables a excepción de una mujer que labora ahí y que llegas por tu llave y te ignora hasta que termina de hablar por teléfono y se la pasaba fumando en la entrada del hotel, en lugar de acerté caso, eso sí nos molestó mucho, pero los demás muy atentos el cuarto limpio y cómodo, si es un hotel que recomiendo muchisimo, te dejan todo lo que ocupas en el baño y muy limpio

Excelente ubicación y muy bonito lugar, el único detalle es que tiene como un bar en el segundo piso y se escucha en la habitación todo el ruido del mismo, fuera de eso excelente.

En general la arquitectura del lugar es bastante pésima debido a que dentro del baño de la habitación no estaba bien sellado es decir podía entrar el aire y sonido por aperturas, no había ningún tipo de ventilación en el cuarto, no habían ventanas por lo tanto todo el tiempo que se pasaba ahí se podía detectar un olor a cloro y a humedad asfixiante, no brindaban suficiente papel, nunca se encontraba alguien el la recepción, las camas eran bastante incomodas y en el tiempo que pasamos en la habitación nos aparecieron misteriosas picaduras en todo el cuerpo y cuando solicitamos el elevador una de las luces cayó y le hizo daño a uno de mis acompañantes lo cual causó una experiencia bastante desagradable.

Las instalaciones por el precio es bastante justo, todo esta en buenas condiciones. El lugar es céntrico a dos cuadras de una estación de metro. El personal es amable y atento. Hay una cervecería en el edificio y esta nuy chida, no se vayan sin visitarla!!!

La mas destacable es la ubicación, tiene muchos sitios de conveniencia cercanos y que puedes caminar en la zona sin problemas, se siente segura, a pocos pasos de la torre latino. Sin embargo creo que su precio es alto, la recamara se ve en buen estado, pero es más chica de lo que se veia en fotos, incluso el baño es muy pequeño, pero en general bien, algunas manchas en la sabana, supongo por los usos, no tiene ventanas si eres claustrofóbico no lo recomiendo, pero en mi caso solo llegue a dormir y salí temprano. Su personal amable.
