The staff is very friendly, the transportation to the airport as well. The hotel is already old and the area where it is is very ugly.

The room was excellent comfortable and quite, easy and safe access to elevator lobby, restaurant snd surroundings. The only draw back is they need face towels/wash cloths! At night the restaurant even though it is open 24 hours, they have a very limited staff, so the wait is long to receive service. However, with that said the breakfast buffet is truly wonderful, and so is the service in the morning. I will stay there again, and do recommend this hotel.

I messaged them several times for 2 days prior to my arrival letting them know I wanted to utilize their airport shuttle service. They finally responded but I had already taken an Uber.

The hotel was great, my only inconvenient was that I asked them to take to airport, nobody noted I told them AIFA airport. So I got a lof of problem to reach the right airport.

Hotel is far from the city center, and even worse, the airport. The hotel does offer transportation but there’s so much traffic stretching the commute up to 50 mins from the airport. The entrance has a little patio that hubs smokers, and the night I was there these smokers moved the party to the lobby with drinks, staff did nothing to dissuade the gathering. Hotel is not in nice area.

Not what expected but with some nice surprises.
I booked a junior suite and I was assigned a room with to beds. That was very disappointing. Food is a hit and miss, some days good others no so good. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive.

Excellent service provided. Stayed for one night, for the Taylor Swift concert, and they really went above and beyond for us swifties. Got an early check in, fortunately (we were traveling since 2 am). They provided free transportation to and from the concert venue and organized a Taylor-themed after-party for late night eating and cocktails. So amazed by all the staff. Thank you!

Love the hotel. Very good staff, super accomodating. Only problem is getting there from the airport, traffic is bad. However going to the airport is quick.
