Love the property staff is friendly. Only bad thing I can say is the noise at night. Hard to sleep with car traffic and sirens.

Great Place in Mexico City

It was excellent to to free WIFI, Parking, and all of the amenities. Close to everything, historical sites, museums, excellent cuisine, and entertainment. Will be back soon

We enjoyed staying at Alure Kukun. The amenities are great and the staff incredibly helpful. The communication and check-in was a smooth process. We enjoyed the penthouse rooftop patio and the bed was comfortable. Looking for to staying here again.

The property was fine in many ways but annoying in key areas. All the staff we interacted with were helpful. The apartment itself was somewhat run down. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable actually lumpy. Shower just so so but water pressure and temperature was fine. Our biggest complaint was bug bites from fleas ! Obviously left by a previous occupant. All and all we would not rent with this property again.

Excellent communication, great location!

The staff communication through the booking website was excellent - they made all instructions very clear and even met us at our arrival and allowed us to check in early. The stay was perfect for what we needed - we didn't have a chance to use the building amenities but they looked great. We had great space and conditions, hair dryer, nespresso, etc. - would stay again.

Our stay at Kakun was exceptional! Nicholas met us during check in and showed us our apt and welcomed us. The apt itself was super trendy and well furnished. It is in a great and safe area that is walkable to many great restaurants and sites! Only complaint is that the walls are quite thin and you can easily hear outside. Overall great and would stay again!

This property has soooo many amenities. It is a beautiful building with wonderful staff. One thing to be aware of, the room itself can get hot or cold depending on weather and the bed is on the stiffer side. I am a designer and loved the space and was comfortable.

Easy and welcoming check-in, clean quiet studio, well-kept-up indoor one lane lap pool that looks about 40 yards long (seriously, I did my workouts in it). It's a condo building, so no café, but there is one right next door and many more in the immediate area. No AC, like most Mexico City bldgs, but openable windows w no street noise.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. The toilet was not functioning properly when we arrived but the Kukun staff was attentive and responsive. They worked quickly to ensure the toilet was working when we can back to the apartment. The Kukun staff also were helpful when we had questions, or had any other need. The location was perfect! We felt safe walking around during the day and at night. There were many food locations to choose from and within walking distance. The staff at the building were also very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location and well equipped apartment

The apartment was exactly as on the website. A suggestion for improvement is that it needs to be cleaned well. It was well equipped and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The drinking water tap was appreciated. The kitchenette is helpful. The location is close to bars, restaurants and cafes. You can walk to paseo de la reforma and Chapultepec castle. The historic centre is a short Uber ride away. Kukun was excellent with communication. They responded promptly to our request for a few more towels and a blanket. This property is a great value.

We LOVED our stay. Our host Diego and his team was accommodating, kind and quick to respond to any of our needs. I had an issue with the safe and hair dryer and they resolved it quickly and professionally. I felt really cared for! It was safe, large, comfortable (those beds were incredible) - everything we needed to enjoy our time in Mexico City.

Fácil acceso, llego pronto la persona que nos entregó el Depa. Durante toda la estancia se escuchaba un ruido continuo de un motor. Si eres sensible a sonidos para dormir, te incomodará. Ese fue mi caso. La 2da noche me coloque unos tapones de oídos que dejaron en la habitación. Falta retoques pequeños de pintura, y algunas decoraciones ..que lo harían mucho mejor. Pedimos secadora de cabello, nos atendieron el msj por Wapp pero jamás llegaron. La puerta de una habitación no cerraba con llave.
