The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean, with good amenities and located in a lively area with a lot of dining options and convenient to Chapultapec Park and many of the museums as well as Reforma. I took off a star due entirely to noise from construction which went on all day and went late and general noise in the area, which was a real issue for me as I was working from there and a light sleeper. I was warned about the construction by reception, but it went later than I expected. It's also on a street that's difficult to get to for taxis/Ubers when there is traffic, which is pretty much always in CDMX. There is a flight of stairs up to reception, which may be a consideration for people with mobility issues, but if you can make it up one flight an elevator is available. Had it not been for the noise, it would've been 5 stars as everything else was great.

We stayed at MX grand suites for 5 nights and it was a great stay. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Not to add, the super king sized bed was incredibly comfortable! The waterfall shower pressure was also super! The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They ask for / check your room number every time you enter and exit the building so you feel safe staying there/leaving your belongings there when you head out for the entire day. Only minor thing is that the walls are quite thin. On our final night, there was a man who was speaking incredibly loudly on the phone at 4am. This is nothing at fault for the apartment complex though.. just unlucky we stayed the same time as that tenant.

The property was well maintained. The room was very spacious and had lots of storage space. The best part was the front desk staff, specifically Javier, who knew the area and provided great information and tips! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A good stay

Overall stay was OK; the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There is a restaurant right on the side and a convenience store at the corner as well as a pharmacy.
