Clean and comfortable bed, but It does not have parking and elevator. It is quite noisy and the bedroom doesn't have fridge or tea maker.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasant time. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. In the morning we would walk 5 minutes to the bakery and get fresh bread and coffee. Around the corner is the metro station which made getting around very easy. My only issues with the hotel are the following: First, the bathroom door which is glass doesn't provide much privacy. Second, even though the aesthetic of the room was nice the floor had vinyl tile which was kind of peeling and the walls had a bit of saltpeter. But since it is an old building you can't really complain. Overall, beautiful hotel, great location, awesome staff. Will return

The property was clean and aesthetic and safe. However, the rooms were tiny. The beds were hard and there is no privacy between the restroom and your bed and there are no amenities in the rooms. They do provide towels, soap bar, and shower gel. The bikes in the photo are just for show they don’t allow you to use them.

We had arrived early At around noon and understandably we could not get our room yet. So we waited. We got our room and had no air conditioning and we were given the room That faces the street. We can hear all The traffic and noise from the street, we were given an extra fan that didn’t work. When I asked for assistance or move to another room we were told that we couldn’t get accommodated. We then asked for breakfast and they told Us it was free but they didn’t explain to us that it was served in one of the rooms Upstairs and we went to a restaurant that is in the property and was asked to pay. There’s was not enough communication and I felt that was left

La ubicación muy bien cerca del ángel, reforma, Roma norte, condesa. Pero tuvimos 3 detalles en la noche se escuchó muchísimo ruido del cuarto de a lado que entraban y salían y nos despertó toda la noche y eso que estábamos en el último cuarto en el tercer piso. El aire acondicionado no funcionó y ese día hizo muchísimo frío y tercero el baño olía muy feo a drenaje

Dejamos en resguardo las maletas porque aún no era hora de que nos entreguen el cuarto y cuando nos lo regresaron está abierta una mochila. Las instalaciones son viejas, la cama era terrible para dormir. Por la noche había un evento que no nos dejaba dormir a nosotros los huéspedes. El internet era muy lento y no cuenta con aire acondicionado.

Very beautiful and local. Everything is at a walking distance. There is no parking available from what I am aware of. The price was reasonable for the amenities that it includes. The rooms have no AC only a fan and a openable window. It is normal since there is great climate in Mexico City (depending on the month of your stay). Other than that, it is very clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was good. Montserrat was our go to person. She is very nice and friendly. Thank you Hotel MX Condesa for a great stay!
