La ubicación es muy buena, se siente segura y los puntos de interés quedan muy cerca a pie. El lugar se siente y está muy seguro. Los cuartos están muy limpios, equipado solo con lo básico y lo necesario, si quieres cocinar si lleva todos tus condimentos, aceites, etc, solo tienen platos, vasos, cubiertos, los muy básico. Buena presión de agua y sale caliente sin problema. Observaciones: la cama principal está chica para dos personas, una queen size quedaría muy bien, al sofá se le sienten las barras y resulta incomodo para dormir, la ropa de cama no es de buena calidad, le falta capacidad de drenaje en la regadera, no estaba tapada sino era insuficiente para la cantidad de agua de la regadera, agregaría un ventilador, de piso o techo, no creo es necesario un A/C pero el aire de repente no circula mucho, El punto negativo: el internet, malísimo, se desconecta a cada rato y muy baja la señal. En general la estancia fue muy agradable, la remodelación del edificio esta de lujo, la terraza y el área de café en la parte de abajo le dan un plus, parecería no ser indispensable pero tenerlas si son útiles, tiene elevador y eso se agradece aunque no sean muchos pisos, el barrio es popular pero con encanto y de regresar llegaría de nuevo sin problema, muy recomendable!

EL anfitrión Martin super servicial, atento y con mucha disposición para apoyarnos en todo momento, el lugar muy bien ubicado con lugares para comer muy cerca. La experiencia fue excelente por que cuando entras al lugar es como entrar a otro mundo, no se escucha el ruido de la calle, es moderno y limpio.
