Beds were tiny. The shower head wasn’t working well and the front receptionist with glasses wasn’t too nice . Breakfast was good . The driver for the shuttle was awesome .

Negative experience as a guest in One La Raza, even this is a budget hotel it is backed by Fiesta, so there were expectations about a clean and comfortable room. Service was horrible with other guests in my presence because the front desk does not speak English. The guard at the parking was not allowing to park my car because “it was full”, but parking had a lot of free space. The room was dirty, it looks like bed linen was not washed and changed after every customer, I found hairs in the bed and it was itchy. All the hallways and the rooms smell really bad.

Estuvimos cómodos, personal amable, por la noche falló el clima, nos cambiaron 2 veces de habitación porque no sabían como moverle al control del clima para que funcionara, aunque fue un poco molesto movernos 2 veces, se resolvió pronto y pudimos estar cómodos el resto del tiempo.

Estuvimos cómodos, personal amable, es un plus que hay hielo y agua para consumo libre de los huéspedes. Llegamos un poco antes (30 min aprox) y tuvimos que esperar a que fuera la hora exacta del check in, creo deberíam ser un poco mas flexibles con eso, si ya estan disponibles las habitaciones, no creo que sea gran problema entrar unos minutos antes. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien, sin duda volvería.
