Great spot in Roma Norte neighborhood. Very central and easily accessible to great spots around CDMX, and appreciated the security downstairs. The walls are are thin and noise from neighbors can be quite disrupting at times. Overall, enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

This apartment was fantastic! The place was better than the pictures showed. It was impressive architecture, and really unique. The giant windows had a ton of character, and kept the place very quiet. It was recently renovated, so it had the old charm, but new conveniences. I would definitely stay here again. One of the cooler places I've ever stayed.

This is a great place to stay in Roma Norte. Our room was very nice and comfortable. I really appreciated that someone was there to let you in the main door 24-hours a day, so I felt very safe. My only suggestion would be to improve the soundproofing on the wall we shared with the apartment next door. We'd stay here again for sure!

Pros: the place is really nice, very comfortable, staff are super nice, and the area is so safe. I had problem with the WiFi and they immediately fixed it. Cons: you will hear everything that is happening next door and common areas, there is no sound isolation at all. The apartments have the same code to open the door so I would ask for them to change the code before you arrive. No keys for the front door so you have to bother the guards to open the door every time (they are super nice). I was surprised the guards were working for 48hs straight and I wonder when do they sleep because they were working all the time. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Nice stay. Doorman building. Would be better if you had a code or something to get in I stead of bothering the doorman to come unlock the door Everytime you want to run out. No air conditioning. Could be rough during the summer? My stay was comfortable but it's mid September almost.

I would not recommend this stay. 1. The building will shake while there's car around. Feel like earthquake. Maybe because of the structure is pure steel framed. 2. The sound insulation is terrible. You hear clearly what your neighbor is doing, and I basically will be wake up every 6am by TV played by my neighbor. 3. The bath is short of hot water, so you need to be quick, and the faucet is not ideal. 4. I wait for 40mins util someone let me check in, and during my several days stay, there will be no room service or towel/bedding exchange . But compared with the top 2 reasons, it's not a big deal.

Estos apartamentos te hacen sentir como en casa, muy bien decorados y la ubicación es excelente! Luis y Rafa los vigilantes siempre pendientes y atentos! Si buscas alojarte en un lugar que te permite experimentar un tipo de estadía Urbana en tu propio departamento y no sentir que te hospedas en hotel, estos apartamentos son una excelente opción!

La propiedad si bien es muy agradable, y Diana la anfitriona super amable, la comodidad se ve opcada por los constantes movimientos de la estructura, como tambein los ruidos de la calle y los vecinos de plantas superiores. La verdad que es dificil consiliar el sueno. La caja de seguridad estaba trabada por lo que no se podia utilizar, y la cerradura de ingreso es de dificil accionamiento. En terminos generales algo excesivo el precio por noche, comparandolo con similares departamentos del mismo edificio que he podido ocupar en el contrafrente.

Muy recomendable!

Nos sorprendimos desde que llegamos. Muy bonito y cómoda la habitación. El único detalle es que siento que le falta iluminación por dentro (aunque entiendo que sea parte del diseño). La verdad la cama muy muy cómoda, muy bonito por dentro y la zona espectacular. Si lo recomiendo ampliamente. Estuvimos 3 noches.
