Excellent service. The nighttime front desk employee knew my name before I told him who I was and checked me in in no time. I wish I had asked for his name. The room was simple, pretty, tidy—and so welcoming. And the bathroom feels like a six star hotel! Kudos to Chef Johan and his staff for a delicious breakfast with great coffee. Did I mention that the property is right in the middle of a very nice restaurant and shopping district with a beautiful park nearby? Can’t go wrong if you pick this place.

The room in the residence was nice and comfy but it wasn't very clean, and the furniture had some dust on it. There are a lot of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood that you can reach in a brief walk. The staff is very nice.

We loved our quaint stay here! Staff was attentive and friendly. Great access to amazing area. Delicious made to order breakfast every morning (that changed each day and was fast service) and great every day cleaning service. 10/10. The hotel is so cute too, more bed and breakfast style than a hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back!!

Great location! Nice large unit with separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Could use better lighting in the living room area. Showing some signs of aging especially in the bathroom. Staff are super nice and having someone prepare eggs for us with the complimentary breakfast was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent restaurants very close by.

Would not stay again. Pros: great location, elevator, wonderful cooked to order breakfast, comfortable bed. Cons: very dirty. Shower grout was filthy, mold going up the kitchen wall and I woke up with sneezing and stopped nose, only one bath towel given for a king room. Nothing to step out of shower on (because just one towel). Full kitchen but no dishes or cutlery, not even a cup. Feather Duvet had no cover on it, and since it’s feather I doubt it gets washed, one roll of toilet paper left in room, door and light switches very dirty. Check out after one night.

Hotel is just 'okay', location is very convenient. Bathroom doesnt have HOT water in the sink, only in the shower. When I asked to the cleaner, she told me any room hasnt. It was so very cold the water (winter season and it was around 9C). Didnt work neither the hair dryer! Staff was very nice & helpul!

Cozy little room

When we arrived, we were promptly greeted, and our check-in was flawless. We were informed that they were in the process of cleaning our room (we arrived a bit early), and that they would bring up the towels. The room was small, but cozy. We stayed for 8 days, and we did not have any trouble with pests even though we kept our window open. The room (we chose the most economical option) did not have a view of the street. It doesn't have AC, but they did provide a fan. The fan kept the room cool enough. The breakfast that was included was simple breakfast, but the ladies managing the kitchen did a wonderful job. We had options of eggs, cereal, and a few other options. We did have an issue with our key card not working when we came back from our excursions. It seemed to occur when we noticed that the room had been cleaned. We were not able to use the room safe, but nothing went missing during our stay. Not a 5 star location, but well worth the price for the location.
