I had an excellent stay at Rubén Darío 38. The property feels elegant, quiet, and beautifully designed, with modern finishes and a very comfortable atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, right in Polanco and close to Chapultepec Park, great restaurants, cafés, museums, and some of the best areas in Mexico City. The suite was spotless, private, and perfect both for relaxing and working. I also loved the amenities, especially the rooftop, jacuzzi, and gym, which made the stay feel much more complete. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and well-located stay in Mexico City.

Puede llegar a ser un poco tedioso que te tengan que abrir las puertas del edificio cada vez que sales algo tarde pero a decir verdad también lo hace más seguro. Solo cosas positivas de este alojamiento y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí de nuevo.

Pésimo servicio al huésped. Nadie vino nunca a limpiar mi habitación, solicité toallas y me las negaron por “no haber personal en el edificio” sin que me ofrecieran una solución. El agua de la regadera tarda más de 20 minutos en empezar a calentar, la calidad del aire acondicionado es deplorable, la presión del agua es extremadamente baja. Y todo, sin que exista alguien que pueda apoyarte por cualquier emergencia pues, según el dicho del propio huésped “el personal está de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm” por lo que, si tienes alguna emergencia a partir de las 6:01 pm, lo más mínima que sea, nadie te va a poder ayudar hasta las 9:00 am del día siguiente.

No pude entrar a la habitación. Se me otorgó una clave para un departamento que estaba ocupado, incluso la pareja que estaba en esos momentos durmiendo se espantó muchísimo. No hubo forma de contactarnos con los anfitriones. Tuvimos que irnos a rentar en otro espacio, ya que a pesar de que nosotros y el policía de recepción quisimos contactar con el anfitrión, fue imposible. Solicito un reembolso

Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, tranquilo y está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. La decoración crea un ambiente muy agradable y acogedor, y la limpieza fue impecable. La ubicación es excelente para moverse por la ciudad y encontrar buenos lugares para comer o tomar un café. Además, la atención del anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible cuando lo necesitamos. Sin duda es un lugar al que regresaríamos.

Excelente estancia en Rubén Darío 38 by Capitalia. La ubicación es inmejorable, en una de las mejores zonas de Polanco, cerca de restaurantes, parques y todo lo necesario para disfrutar la ciudad. El departamento es moderno, cómodo, impecable y está muy bien equipado. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle, desde la decoración hasta la calidad de las instalaciones. El acceso fue muy sencillo y el equipo de Capitalia estuvo siempre atento y disponible. Sin duda, una gran opción para hospedarse en Ciudad de México. Definitivamente regresaría.

Tuve una excelente estancia en Rubén Darío 38. La ubicación es inmejorable, en una zona muy tranquila y segura de Polanco, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, parques y puntos de interés. El departamento estaba impecable, muy bien equipado y decorado con excelente gusto. Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y perfectas tanto para descansar como para trabajar. Destaco especialmente la limpieza, la atención del equipo y la comodidad de las camas. Todo el proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy sencillo. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo ampliamente para quienes buscan una estancia cómoda y de gran nivel en Ciudad de México.
