Staff was great, the room that I stayed at definitely needs some improvements but overall it was nice. Keep in my that since CDMX has a chill/cool weather there’s no AC, there’s a portable fan next to the bed and that’s it.

If you are interested in architecture or interior design, this is the right place to book. My stay was an immersive experience, the details are everywhere, lights, textures, colors. The whole staff was warm and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Me gustó mucho la decoración del hotel, está muy limpio y minimalista. Los cuartos se controlan desde el celular, el abrir y cerrar la puerta, prender las luces, poner música, prender y apagar la tele. Fue un poco tardado prender la tele y poner música ya que no se conectaba al cuarto, pero ese fue el único problema que tuvimos. La tina está muy cómoda y limpia te dan sales de baño. Las camas están un poco duras y no tan cómodas. El desayuno que incluye es básico pero rico. La atención de la gente de recepción es excelente.

The staff was impeccable and very friendly. My needs were accommodated and met. Loved the rooftop onsen after a long day of exploring. The location was close to a bunch of things as well. Would love to come back here.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. However, the room got extremely hot at night, and even with the fan, pushing the air onto the balcony it was hard to control the temperature. Otherwise, the staff were fantastic overall. The beds were comfortable and the washrooms and the showers were clean and modern.

Goteras en el cuarto en el área de la cama - CARA

El servicio es EXCELENTE especialmente el Sr Hernán y Gael. Realmente increíbles. El problema fue que hubo goteras que me caían directo a la cara en toda el área de la cama. Llamé a la recepción y me mandaron a Hernán para ayudarme pero no quisieron aceptar responsabilizarse ni reembolsarme ni bajarme la tarifa. Una pena, no volveré. Y una lástima por que el personal es EL MEJOR!

Amazing staff and facility. Massages are typical nice but not mind blowing, however I had a 9/10 experience because she added a little stretching. It randomly started to rain, it provided such an ambience. Only downside was the rooms was little hotter than I would've prefered but most buildings don't have central air in cdmx so it wasn't a huge deal and it's mentioned in description so there was no deception, just my preference.

It was a nice hotel but there is no air conditioning or heating in the building. Our room averaged 77-80 F even with the fan they gave us, even at night. For this reason alone I would have to give it two stars, otherwise I would have given the place a four start rating. The service was good, breakfast was nice, staff was friendly.

Great stay.it can be a little noisy if your on bottom floor since u have reception next to u and u can hear also bar next to hotel (pata negra).but in general, its a relaxing stay trully that makes u slow down and chill.It is right in the middle of a bursting area(little Tokyo) with lots of food options(mean a lot:el Califa tacos, japanese( avoid Rokai it is over priced,not great service and portions are way too small,instead jump on a taxi arranged by reception and go to amazing El Japonez in Polanco,it is fantastic) ,spanish, yucateca (just across street as well as,lebanese,) argentinan,italian,french,corean...did I mention Mexican? Yes all sorts within walking distance or car drive 10 minutes including Polanco) very centric safe location im the hearth of the city and personnel is extremely helpful and polite.Loved the amenities(phone controlled room) and let's make it clear:it is not really an Onsen(like you will find in Japan) but some nice bath tubes on the roof top which, on a nice sunny morning can be a total bliss for a 40 minutes relaxation before a great day exploring wonderful centwr of the Universe called Mexico city.

Lo peor. No lo recomiendo

La experiencia en el hotel fue pésima. Primero me asignan una habitación cercana a la recepción y era insoportable por el ruido y las risas que había entre el guardia y la mujer que se encontraba a cargo, pedí el cambio y me enviaron a la habitación del último piso, que tiene un techado de cristal donde difícilmente se puede despertar tarde, por la entrada de luz, sumando a ello el calor que se puede sentir. Sin embargo la peor experiencia fue que en la habitación de enfrente, dos personas de origen extranjero reñían y discutían aproximadamente a las 2:50 am, por lo que avisé a la recepción y la persona encargada me dijo que ya había subido a decirles que se calmaran pero como no sabía inglés había utilizado un “traductor” del teléfono. Fue hasta las 5 am que finalmente las cosas se calmaron y hasta que la policía llegó al lugar, lo que impactó en mi sueño. El hotel no tiene medidas de protección, su personal con muchísimas carencias de capacitación -salvo los del turno del día 03 de agosto-, y las habitaciones deberían de tener mejores sistemas de aislamiento tanto acústico como de temperatura. Definitivamente no recomiendo el hotel.

We booked a 6 night stay for a vacation in CDMX and had a horrible time at this hotel. There is no privacy - the windows open up to the lobby/guest areas, and also can see into another room if the blinds are raised. Our bathroom was connected to another bathroom through a balcony! So you had to keep it locked at all times. There was no air conditioning - our room was typically 10-20 degrees hotter than outside - if you opened the windows/ bathroom balcony door for air - you hear the lobby sounds and lights, making it hard to sleep and have to fear someone coming in from the other room. So physically the rooms aren't setup to meet basic hotel standards. The service wasn't great either. Room has opened containers in the refrigerator when we got here. The safe didn't work - didn't have batteries. The only fan in the room had a water cooling feature - but when you turned it on, gross black water came out - looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We asked for an iron - and they brought one but no ironing board. We ultimately booked another hotel after one night - and they were only willing to give us a one night refund.
