It was very nice accomodating staff. We were there for local events and everything was within walking distance or there was easy transportation to find taxis, bike rentals, double deck public buses, and even the hotel provided a private taxi back to the airport we paid for it of course but they made it easy.

It is rare to have such a friendly staffed hotel in CDMX. Lots of staff and all try to be helpful. Location is #1 in the city. Easy to catch a ride, but also very walkable.

Right in the middle of the best of CDMX. Great common space on the rooftop with small pool to escape the busy city. Easy to catch an UBER or walk.

Very pleased with our stay. We started with uber rides then noticed that the metro bus stop is in front of hotel, which makes it completely easier and cheaper. Of course, there is walking involved but it at least takes you to the main zones/areas you want to be as a tourist. Hotel was clean and quiet. No issues here for us.

In general the hotel is really good, it's near to most of the iconic places in CDMX, zocalo, bellas artes, and chapultepec. Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly. I'd suggest a better maintenance to the shower. Water was leaking under the glass door. A small renovation would be great. A special thanks to Rosario, great service.
