The reservation and check-in process was easy. The room was spotless and had a good view with a balcony overlooking the street. Two bottles of water were provided but not replaced for the second night. Everything worked in the kitchenette and there were dishes and silverware provided.

The place feels very worn out and old. The kitchen has no pans and cooking utensils; not even towels or dish soap. The room we were assigned faced the street and was very noisy. You can hear the thumping of the music from several of the bars and restaurants nearby. We only stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. The location was excellent. Close to the Angel and everything was accessible. But I will not stay there again.

I want to give him three stars Cause I asked for 2 extra towels And they would only give us one, that's their policy Hotels go Through?, hundreds of towels every day that need to be washed Policy was upsetting.We needed an extra 2 Towle's Poor treatment of a customer That was there a 8 days

De qué es bonito es bonito pero en mi caso el internet fallaba mucho, el ruido de las habitaciones de alado se escucha demasiado y no sé si serían chinches o zancudos pero salí toda llena de comezón y ronchitas :( luego le avise a la de recepción que fallaba el internet y ni caso me hizo :/

La zona es un poco ruidosa dado a que se encuentra cerca de varios bares y restaurantes pero por lo mismo la hace una zona práctica. Está muy cerca de varias embajadas. Solicité late check out pero se me negó dado a que un grupo había llegado. Olvidé pertenencias en la habitación y nunca pude comunicarme con el hotel vía telefónica.

Excelente ubicación a muy buen precio. Suites espaciosas y limpias. Nada que ver en la televisión (ni siquiera canales locales! salvo dos o tres). Servicio cálido y eficiente en la recepción, aunque no tienen muchos servicios como hotel.

El hotel esta super bien ubicado y por el costo vale mucho la pena para familias ya que tiene un cuarto aparte con sofá-cama. La cama King super cómoda, la atención de los bell boy muy amable y cordial.
