I had a really great experience! The room is a great value, and the area is very walkable. Be mindful that the location is on a bustling street, so there will be some noise from time to time, but I had no issue falling asleep after fun-filled days in CDMX. I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very spacious, modern upgraded and very clean. The beds were very comfortable including the pull out couch in the living room. We had a balcony view room, which was very nice. The front desk staff is very helpful and where there at all hours. They stored our luggage the day of check out, which was very helpful. The location is perfect if you want to walk the area of Roma Norte, everything else is a short uber ride. There is no restaurant or bar at the property, but with so many options close by you don't need it.

The room was extremely clean and will likely cont. to stay there for future travels. Only downside is front staff noted to be on phone most of time and had trouble w/getting into the room initially due to the pass code for pin pad. I would prefer a unlock card.
