You can not beat the location of this hotel. It's a 1 minute walk to the Parque de Mexico which has dozens of cafe's bars, and restaurants surrounding it. La Condesa was by far the best area we saw in CDMX so we're so glad we stayed here. The room was great and the staff was always ready to help with anything. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The space and location were terrific. I would recommend that management look into the hot water situation. Both bathrooms had intermittent hot water but this was a minor inconvenience and the overall stay was great.

Great location. Spacious layout. Needs some routine maintenance as it ages. Hire regular cleaning (an extra) to ensure you have towels, etc. Also, note we were up 3 flights of stairs. For very elderly people like I traveled with, you should know in advance. The kitchen was great!! And we started each day with a cooked meal. There is construction next door, so lots of noise (and music!!) during daytime hours, but we were touring, so not a big deal. The staff were great! Courteous, helpful.. the manager speaks good English (if you need it). This is in an IDEAL location. If you're healthy and 3 flights are no issue, I'd recommend this location.

Always have the best time at any ULIV but Condesa will always keep me coming back! I would just note that there are no elevators. But they hold your luggage after check out which is always super helpful for me! Kind staff and always clean.

The perfect apartment in a great location! I loved the space this apartment gave us. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms so my son and I each had our own space. There is a grocery store nearby, and plenty of dining options. The 2 security guards were so friendly and I always loved them watching over us. My only complaint is that there is some construction currently going on next door (obviously the hotel has no control over this). The noise doesn’t start until about 8 and goes until 5 or 6. So overnight sleep is great, but if you need a quiet place during the day….this might not be it until the construction is done. Otherwise a great place and would recommend!

The property was in a nice, safe area. The guards were always available to open the front door. Bit noisy at night from intermittent street noise. Careful where and what you eat as both of us, while being very careful, got stomach illnesses.

Friendly staff, the main room is lovely. The second and third bedrooms are a bit basic, but do the trick. It was nice and clean. The primary space was beautiful, with a nice big king sized bed, huge bathroom, with great amenities. The area is amazing! So walkable and many places to eat at, see, and shop. My only complaint is that there is no elevator.

The location in the heart of Condesa is unbeatable. Parque Mexico and Avenida Amsterdam are right around the corner. It’s so pleasant to just stroll around people (and dog) watching. We felt very safe at all hours. Our two bedroom unit was very spacious and comfortable - not luxury level, but nice enough. The windows don’t block hardly any street sounds but things quiet down after 10pm so it didn’t really impact our sleep much. The security guard we encountered most often was a really sweet woman who always greeted us with a warm smile. This is a highly recommended home base for your visit to CDMX.

Beautiful place and location in the Heart Of Condesa. Couldn’t find anything better. Wish there was an elevator, but at least we only had to walk Up 2 flight of stairs with our suitcases.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always very kind and helpful. The apartment showed few signs of aging compared to when I stayed there in 2021. The shower valve was a bit awkward. The wall paint over the sill looks bad, and the cupboards are slightly beaten up. The patio wasn't draining, but they cleaned up the drain right away and fixed it after I let them know. On the other hand the bed was very comfortable, the bathroomammenities are all very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have complimentary coffee, tea and water for yourstay. The location is great. The keying is all digital which was great. The building looks very nice. I enjoyed staying there regardless of the items I mentioned. I hope they take care of those details so its like new again!

Our stay at the ULIV was good but not great. The area is super safe, and the 24 he security guards are very kind. It was a wonderful neighborhood and walking distance or a short Uber to much of what we wanted to do and see. The property is cute, updated, and well furnished. However, the construction of a few elements seemed cheaply done, and was in disrepair. The shades on the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows were all broken, so we couldn’t open them. Also there were only two towel hooks for a 2br 2ba apartment. The hand towel holders were falling off the walls, and the door knobs were loose. I would still stay here again because it was great for a group or a family, but I hope they take time to fix things up!

The location of this property is excellent. A Walmart Express was right around the corner as well as shopping, fantastic restaurants, parks and bars. The apartment did not have heat and in December, was cold at night. The washer/dryer did not work well at all. Clothing remained damp after wash/dry setting. My daughters and I stayed for 8 days but there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 4 coffee pods. I thought for the price, it would be better stocked for our stay. There is no elevator at this place so be aware. Also, pictures on the website show the top floor but that is not the apartment you get. Overall the apartment was a great size. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds are more on the firm size. The ladies working the concierge were amazing! I scheduled a cleaning and it did not happen so it was cleaned the next day for no charge. Communication with the host is not great but concierge was fantastic with our needs.

"I recently stayed at this establishment for a one-day visit. The location was pleasant, situated in a nice area with nearby restaurants. The security personnel were amazing and super helpful and supportive. However, the absence of an elevator presented an inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage up very narrow stairs. Additionally, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. There were noticeable issues with the flooring, including missing or loose sections. Moreover, the slow shower drains restricted our ability to take more than a brief 3-minute shower. The host was accommodating, offering a late checkout, although it was only extended until 11:30. Despite this, the ability to leave two vehicles in the garage until 12:30 was appreciated. In summary, while the location and security staff were positive aspects of the stay, the room conditions, particularly the flooring and shower drainage, detracted from the overall experience. For a longer stay, I would not recommend this accommodation." This review highlights both the positive and negative aspects of the stay in a professional and constructive manner.

ULIV Condesa Experience

You have to ring the buzzer to gain entry into the property and a security personnel will open the door. There was another staff member to assist with my check-in and I was given a security code to access my studio instead of using a key. My studio was located on the ground floor, which was very convenient as the place does not have an elevator to go up to the higher floors. It would have been difficult for me to walk up the stairs with my suitcase. The studio came with a little private patio which was nice. Staff and security were nice and accommodating. When I requested an extra roll of toilet paper, the front desk security delivered it within 5 minutes. I also requested an air-conditioned room, and since it wasn't, I was given a plug-in room fan instead. The studio does not have closet space to hang clothes, only shelves. The shelves are located below and above the bar counter, which I located on my own. There was no hair dryer, hand towel or bathmat. Since my studio was on the ground floor, it was also located at garage level. The kitchen and bathroom windows opened up to the garage, so there was no scenery. During my stay, I was told there would be construction close by starting at 9am until late afternoon, but I was out of the room by then, so construction noise was not an issue. The little kitchen was adequately equipped with dishes, cookware and utensils. There was also a mini fridge and coffee maker.
