The service was horrible, they asking for the key room every time when we leave the hotel, I don’t know why? The toilet don’t work, we have to remove the lid to let the water gone! We want use the balcony but was lock so we can’t take a pictures of the city!

No hicieron la limpieza. Encontré una cucaracha en la habitación. Pedi una pizza y me hicieron comer en el estacionamiento porque no me dejaron pasar mi pizza al cuarto. Tratan como si estuviera uno pidiendo favores. Solo el joven que recibe y da indicaciones en el estacionamiento tuvo actitud amable todo el tiempo.

Bien en general la habitación cómoda solo el baño un poco chico. No hay restaurante solo servicio al cuarto, por lo que si quiere uno algo más debe salir del hotel.
