"The room was okay tea/coffee but no milk or sugar. The room was quite hot. The room had no cushions or throw on bed as on website. Did have nice looking spare pillow in wardrobe. A BIG disappointment and what I would always expect of 3/4/5 star hotel is a safe in the rooms which they did not have ..."
