"This place wouldn't even clear a 1-star rating by US standards. Walking into the room, it was shockingly filthy: we found multiple stray hairs (pubes) in the bathroom, and both bedspreads had large, clearly visible dirty stains all over them. To top it off, there were actual shoe prints on the ceiling. ..."
