"Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming although the staff serving at breakfast were not friendly as all. Varied selection available at breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. Excellent value for money. "

"Really lovely hotel, way nicer than we anticipated. We booked this purely as a stopover so we could catch an early train and didn’t expect it to be such a nice hotel. The entrance area was really nice, staff were friendly on check in and whilst the room was small it was spotless and comfortable."

"Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "

"Our room was very clean and spacious and although it looked on to the main road there was very little noise. The maid was very friendly, polite and helpful but we found the reception staff a little standoffish with no warmth. The breakfast was good and varied. "

"It was just what we needed after a hectic week. It was extremely peaceful and clean. We wanted to spread out with my husband (beds are somewhat small in Europe) and the sofa couch was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and great service completed our stay. Remember, to get that level of peace you need to be outside of the city, so a car is a must when staying here."

"The family that runs the place is wonderful and friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and beauty surrounds the place. The dining experience is excellent and the pool is relaxing. There are good day hikes close by and some amazing small cities to visit. The staff will share their knowledge of the area. Definitely would stay here again. "
