"Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. "

"The best view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and very peaceful and quiet. You need a car to go anywhere, no shops or restaurants near by. The property was as advertised. "

"Incredible view , nice apartment , decent facilities, BUT the car park is an absolute nightmare. Speaking to some of the permanent residents , every car ends up scratched or scuffed. Road up to the apartment is windy but worth it for the views."

"Wonderful place right on the water, separate from all the tourists and center of town but an easy walk and Varenna is less than 4 minutes away. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing. It was a fantastic stay"

Perfect Location!!

"Perfect location in Bellagio with easy access to the ferry, dining and shopping. Room was decent and bathroom was larger than most (in Italy). Breakfast was very good with many hot and cold options for both food and beverages. The staircase was beautiful but an elevator was available."

"This hotel is beautiful in many ways! The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."
