"Stayed here for a quick 2 nights with my family. It’s a beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Lima. We were very comfortable with our stay. Plenty of room for the 3 of us and fans were provided! Coming from the north US, we all appreciated fans at night to help cut the heat a bit. The communication with the host was on point and she even gave us recommendations on where to eat! Would recommend and would rent here again. "

"Very comfortable, clean, modern, and very well located in a nice neighbourhood of Lima. Next to the Cultural Centre of a very prestigeous univesity where many events are held. Definitely, a very good choice. The only request could be to have a fridge to store some small food items."

"The location was good and the apartment was clean. The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. The ocean view in the description didn’t exist. Would stay somewhere...

"Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing. We recommend it to anyone...

"Nice and clean but stale. Typical Lima apartment issues, bad plumbing so it smells gross after toilet use, and the owmer tried to charge us for pee on the bed whem it was merely tea spilled, and i think a miscommunication due to language barrier."

"La propietaria nunca nos avisó que el departamento supesutamente se descompuso y llegando tarde y cansados nos lo dijo !!!! Nos engañó compensando con otro muy feo ,finalmente aceptamos otro por lo tarde de el día ! No tenía secadora y jabón en el baño Mala experiencia "

"The building is new, but the constant construction noise during business hours, 10- 5 Monday- Friday and Saturdays 10-1 made our stay not the best, when we work from home, it was almost impossible to attend our meetings. Post did not mention any construction or remodeling or noise what so ever. "

"Better modern room this time from the last time. Good friendly service and the shuttle picked us up from the new airport at 4am because our flight was delayed. We couldn’t get ahold of the hotel to let them know we were waiting. It would have been nice if the number online was correct (it was incorrect) and a what’s app connection so that we could have let them know that we were waiting at the new airport. "

"I came very early in the morning-after arriving in Lima. The receptionist was very responsive in my communication with them via WhatsApp and I found the breakfast a fresh papaya juice was stellar. It’s in a beautiful location near the beach - Miraflores-I definitely recommend!!"
