"The building is new, but the constant construction noise during business hours, 10- 5 Monday- Friday and Saturdays 10-1 made our stay not the best, when we work from home, it was almost impossible to attend our meetings. Post did not mention any construction or remodeling or noise what so ever. "

"Very comfortable, clean, modern, and very well located in a nice neighbourhood of Lima. Next to the Cultural Centre of a very prestigeous univesity where many events are held. Definitely, a very good choice. The only request could be to have a fridge to store some small food items."

"We rented a 3 bedroom. The rooms have portable fans and heaters. The unit has a washer/dryer combo. The building has a gym. There is always a doorman working. They were all great and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. It had one king bed in the master bedroom with a very nice closet and bathroom. The other rooms had a full size bed and one with a twin. There are two full baths and one half bath. The location is great. Walking distance to Kennedy Park and multiple dining and shopping...

"The room was incredibly nice, clean, with a very comfortable mattress. I didn’t like that there is no air conditioning and also that they are building a new building across the street and begin construction at 6:30am each day. Aside from that it’s a great place and I highly recommend staying here "
