Shuttle was completely wrong. Expedia sent wrong info in the email and app. Tried calling the hotel 8 times and no one picked up the phone. Had to get a uber after waiting for an hour. Check in was great. Room was clean. Shower did not turn off for a bath. The breakfast was ok at best. The same items ...

Room and amenities were perfect - staff and guest support has some room for improvement, considering the price point. Slow response times and inconsistent answers, tv internet randomly disconnecting, etc.
