Wouldn’t allow us to check in at our designated time. Was sent passcode 45 minutes late. Got to room and it was still dirty and had not been cleaned yet. Maid had to be dispatched. Sat in room while maid cleaned. No towels were provided, until 15 min before checkout.

Pésimo servicio a clientes, las fotos engañan a la gente, no tuve ningún día internet a la hora que llegue reporte a expedia de lo sucedido y nadie se reportó conmigo, el refri tiraba agua Los vecino de cuarto fumando mariguana y todo el olor se metía a mi cuarto, no tiene estacionamiento y en la publicación. Dice que hay estacionamiento , se ve sucio el cuarto, todo manchado por todas partes
