"We spent one night to attend a relative’s 80th birthday celebration.we had to change rooms for one of the two we had due to cleanliness of the room as well as the ac not cooling the room. They were very accommodating. My only issue is for hotels.com. I’ve never been charged more than the hotel itself charged, but hotels.com profited by $106.74 I’ll never use that site again. The hotel charged $294.34accirding to my receipts for the two rooms. Hotels.com charged my credit card $401.08. The rooms were nice, but not as described by hotels.com. They described a very nice extra living space with all the kitchen amenities included there. That space also included a small sofa which ours did not. The bathroom had a lovely shower stall but no separate tub as described. I requested a refund but was denied. They told me the hotel was sent an email telling them to charge me the $401.08, but the hotel had no such email. I’m certainly not happy with this at all. "

"Very comfortable and modern looking room. Breakfast was exceptional!"
