"Staff was great especially Charles at the front desk early morning. Unfortunately when I was up at about 7.45 I turned on the hot water tap in the sink and the whole hot water faucet exploded and I was showered with extremely hot hot water.Totally drenched managed to turn it off and called front desk.Charles came to room quickly with bunches of wet towels.Plumber not available till 9 so we left. Otherwise hotel was good"

"Gator Town was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice so I have no complaints about that. The information on Expedia and when you lookup the hotel on Google does say that the hotel has a pool and I was very disappointed when we arrive at 8PM and the man on the front desk said that the pool does not work. I had specifically chose that hotel to make sure that we had a pool at my bathing suit. The information should be updated online because I'm probably not the only person that came here was disappointed. I told the gentleman at the front desk I was disappointed and he said he was sorry there was nothing that he could do about it and he was very nice so I didn't complain any further but I would have gone to a different hotel had a realized there was no pool. The rest of it was fine and everything worked properly if it's clean and the room was cool and we had a nice stay."
