"First time at this hotel, stayed 3 days and felt like there was more that we didn't get to see (forgot to get a map at checkin) very large and beautiful, room checkin, I noticed was a little dusty and cleaned in a rush, because there was bits of debris and large lint here and there, but bathroom was very large and well kept, lot's of options to eat (we loved Chez Frites for dinner), snack and breakfast options to go when your in a rush to get to the pool or beach like Starbucks and Blend for smoothies and had a chance to try breakfast at Sunnys...but wished there were more options then mini golf for our teenager to enjoy, she loved the 1 indooroutdoor pool, but disappointed that the cabana pool area and another pool on ground floor was off limits for her age, if we traveled with just adults next time we would come here as it is one of my favorites hotels now, but with the younger crowd...I would stay at another hotel... Thanks Ocean for great memories 💙"

"Great location! Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean inside and out. The restaurants on site are great and convenient. The beds are very comfortable. Great water pressure (I was on the 31st floor)"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before check in and were unsure what we would do with our luggage but once we arrived we were informed that there was an area dedicated to luggage storage. This really helped as we were able to leave our bag while we went about our day before we could check in and have somewhere to store our bag the next day before left the city."
