"Rooms clean mattress a little flat but very clean and nice"

"Busy hotel, as expected since it’s next to the park. Rooms okay, expect intermittent noise at night because of drunks and parents who don’t parent. Disappointed that we had to argue for free Cedar Point parking because this is a Cedar Point-owned property and parking at the park has always been included—we’ve been coming annually and staying here for seven years and park parking has always been included. Ultimately, they gave us a parking pass, but the late night conversation and needing to call a manager was unnecessary. "

"The staff, the room and pool are amazing! Everything exceeded our expectation. The hotel is within walking distance to all the downtown fun. The pools over look Lake Erie and was heated. Great swimming in the cool nighttime air. "

"Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, streaming on the TV, cute updates and comfortable beds. Our door lock was busted Parking was a free for all and angled which made it harder for several of our neighbors. Parking spots could be bigger keeping in mind family vehicles by the family rooms and maybe numbered??"

"Renovation in progress, friendly staff, short drive to Cedar Point Sports Center avoiding railroad crossing. There was no fridge in the room, but staff brought one for us. Kids enjoyed large outdoor pool."
