"We absolutely loved staying here! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our stay.
Our kids especially loved the game room and the pool, and they had so much fun exploring the stream and walking path just outside the hotel—they didn’t want to leave! We also really appreciated the charming Austrian feel of the hotel, which made our stay even more unique and memorable.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back and stay again!"
"Very nice facilities, clean and well maintained, and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. We spent a lot of time at the outdoor pool (and poolside bar ;-). The room was lovely - only slightly cramped, and the fridge was a bit tight. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay."
"Had the fillet mignon for dinner here and a few days after at the Mirror Lake Inn in Lake Placid. The Stowe Village Inn steak was far and away, indescribably better."
"Room was rustic but had an excellent bed. Excellent shower and bathroom fixtures and nice vinyl plank flooring in the main room. It has a fireplace in the room for fall or winter use. Firewood is included. Great location next to an excellent thai restaurant and a bar with duck wontons that were soooo good. I loved the wooded views from the balcony. It is worth an upgrade to get. Staff were kind but checkin seemed like they were confused using the computer. Overall an excellent stay here and I recommend it."
"This place is a hidden gem. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms. Our air conditioning worked just great ( in fact it got so cool at night that we had to shut the ac off in the morning).
The location is perfect right next to downtown and near all recreational activities.
However, the experience is nothing without helpful staff. Which brings us to Zane. What an amazing person! A credit to the organisation. Zane is kind, charming, helpful, no, not just helpful but goes out of the way to make guests feel valued and appreciated. He truly is the best advertisement and ambassador for the Lodge."
