"Excellent "

"We stay here quite often. The staff here are excellent. It’s in a good location. There is an indian restaurant on site which serves really good food. The price of a pint of cobra however is £7.50, so not cheap. The bed, bedding and towels are clean. The rooms and hotel are clean. However, property overall is tired. We appreciate it is old, but doors to our bathroom did not close, one of the windows did not shut. If you are in the front of the hotel there is a lot of road noise (I take ear plugs) If you are not looking for 5* luxury you really can’t go wrong."

"Myself and my friend Jennifer Rose stay here for 2 nights to attend our school friend Temple Blessing and Birthday Party Celebration event..Check in was smooth, beautiful little Boutique Hotel Very Clean and attentive staff made our 2 night stay very pleasurable great transport connection links with local buses from Hayes and Harlington Station to Rosemay Hotel.I will definitely stay here again if im travelling to Heathrow Airport and will definitely recommend this beautiful cute hotel to friends & Family Thanks Delores "

"Breakfast menu was fresh! And I always enjoyed my stay. I got there towards the end of practice and it started to be a little bit cold meaning of food however, overall I always enjoyed my stay here."

"Hotel was clean, Stella on Reception was excellent. She offered first class customer service and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She went over and above to ensure our family stay was enjoyable. Not impressed with the food. Breakfast was okay and bar food need some reviewing. Kitchen was not flexible around the menu for those with allergies or with children. When we asked to swop the chips for rice on our child’s meal we were told we couldn’t! "
