We booked our stay through Expedia and when we arrived they had no reservation for us but they still accommodated us and were very professional, I gave them a copy of my receipt for Expedia and they said they would take care of it by contacting Expedia. So now I'm leary of booking with Expedia, but thankful the staff at Mainstay were efficient.
